Introduction
While a huge cast of characters has participated in the making and growth of bank in the
past 41 years, a few have had far greater impact than others, substantially changing the way the bank lives today-for
better. They have moulded the bank into present shape through their undeniable strength and courage and contributed in great

Details
Mr. Modi pioneered the growth movement of the bank. Under his esteemed leadership, it acquired the status of being first
autonomous bank in Rajasthan. Considering critical financial and operational parameters, the bank has emerged as a leader
amongst co-operative banks in Northern India. In 2000, he took upon the executive leadership of the bank as a Managing
Director. Since then, the Bank has achieved a growth rate of 107.9% setting a benchmark of excellence amongst co-operative
banks.
He founded the Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society Limited and the Urban Co-operative Banks Federation. He seeded and
catalyzed the growth of the co-operative movement in Rajasthan, by facilitating the formation of co-operative societies
all over the state. Fueled by an undeterred intention to drive the economic growth engine by an inclusive growth of
the rural economy, he spearheaded various initiatives. For rural entrepreneurship, Mr. Modi, provided strategic vision
and brought operational excellence to the Adarsh Bank and various other institutions. He recognized the importance of
regulatory compliance's and put in stupendous efforts to build internal organizational efficiency to ensure fairness to
all the stakeholders.
Mr. Modi had been kind enough to extend his attention and wealth of experience for the mentoring and development of
the team, at the bank.
